RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right — fast.

ELIGIBILITY
Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged on arrival or incorrectly shipped. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or items that have been read or used. To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Email us at [hi.comicbazooka@gmail.com] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

RETURN SHIPPING
If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, item damaged in transit), we will cover the return shipping cost. In all other cases, return shipping is at the customer's expense.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items that have been opened, read, or show signs of use are not eligible for return. Pre-orders and sale items are final sale unless damaged or incorrectly shipped.
